Theme designers stop fucking it up. The grayed out buttons are counterintuitive. It just doesn’t feel right.
Hell, even the Firefox guys haven’t gotten it right. They’re at their fourth iteration and it’s unbelievable how this haven’t been addressed yet.

Here’s an idea. Different pages that returns the type of post requested. You can create tag pages and even day pages, but I’m puzzled why Tumblr doesn’t have post type pages. I’m sure this is possible with their API, but why not make it easier for theme designers?

OS X Lion Interface Tweaks →
On hidden scrollbars:
One problem this poses is being unable to tell the size of the document without scrolling just a little bit, or hovering the mouse over the scrollbar area.
I don’t get what the big deal is. In Cocoa Touch scroll views have this method called flashScrollIndicators that momentarily displays the scroll indicators. I think it’s even suggested in the interface guidelines...

Proofreading in Pages
Although Pages already has a built in proofreader, it’s not always foolproof. I discovered another proofreader in Pages. It’s the text-to-speech tool. Just select a chunk of text, secondary click, “Speech”, and “Start Speaking”. While the system voice is reading it, something might sound funny and you can correct it from there.
